A program may be effective to one fitness woman but may not be good for another fitness woman. You need to be patient in learning from a trained fitness woman and show self-discipline and hard work in order to perform a lot of programs. Spending too much for expensive memberships for fitness centers, exercise equipments and gadgets are not necessary to reach your goals though most people find it helpful to join a fitness club. Fitness centers can provide people the appropriate fitness equipments and trainings as well as proper training devices necessary to keep the body fit.

FMP: Body Ideas

As stated earlier I am wanting to create a strong female character, that isn't the thin/slim looking woman but a rather toned/lean girl who you can look at and see she could handle herself/do the things she can in the game.
The image at the top shows body forms from the golden age of comics and the form I am leaning towards from the art point is the Heroine, she still has the curves men will find appealing, yet she is slightly muscular and toned.

While looking into the toned female form alot of the searches came up with images like below, this sort of ripped form while impressive isn't attractive, most guys don't want to see a girl who can probably left a car!
Alessandra Ambrosio physic is more similar to Lara Croft in the games, with a smaller more realistic looking chest, for me this form doesn't have much tone and depth too it, she is slim and lean but that's it. For what sort of game I am wanting to make having a female character this thin wouldn't feel right for the fighting and athletic stunts she performs.

Australian actress and model Nicky Whelan has more of a dancers/ballerina physic with more of a muscular tone to her, she looks like she can lift her own weight while moving around.

Finally we have Gina Carano the MMA fighter, former American Gladiator and actress. This sort of body and look is really what I have in mind, from looking at her she is strong and sexy, her muscles and tone isn't off putting and enhances her look.
This picture perfectly sums up the aim I am wanting to create, someone, strong and sexy. Her arms and stomach are toned but not too big that her muscles would turn a player off.
This photo shows off she elegance Gina has, this pose could be a dance move or just a pose the photographer wanted her in, but knowing who she is and what she does you'd know this is a high-knee strike, something that you wouldn't want to experience.
